Warehouse Customer Service Representatives

Location: Lancaster, TX
Onsite warehouse position.

Available Shifts and Pay:
A1: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM - $22.50/hr
A2: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 PM–4:40 AM - $24.00/hr
B1: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM - $25.00/hr
B2: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM - $25.00/hr

Weekly Friday paydays.
Overtime paid at time and a half.

Responsibilities:
Process customer orders and enter shipping, receiving, and inventory information accurately.
Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to process shipments and run stock reports.
Prepare shipping and receiving paperwork and verify packing lists, purchase orders, and inventory counts.
Track orders and resolve shipment discrepancies.
Communicate with customers about orders, shipments, inventory, and invoicing.
Coordinate with warehouse teams and assist drivers at the check-in window.
Answer calls and emails and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Ability to work onsite in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
Warehouse, logistics, shipping and receiving, WMS, inventory, or order-processing experience strongly preferred.
