Warehouse Associate Job Description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while following all safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Organize and stock products in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Use scanners and warehouse inventory systems to track materials.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment as authorized.
• Verify orders for accuracy before shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.
• Assist team members in meeting daily productivity and shipping goals.
