Position: Warehouse Associate / Order Selector

Available Shifts & Pay Rates:

• Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | $17.00/hr
• Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | $18.50/hr
• Sunday-Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | $20.00/hr

We are seeking motivated and dependable associates to join a fast-paced distribution center team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, picking, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick and select products using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Accurately build pallets and prepare orders for shipment
• Transport products throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks or other equipment
• Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with loading, unloading, and other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, picking, order selecting, or distribution experience preferred
• Experience with RF scanners is a plus
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work throughout an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable transportation and good attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
