Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled, certified Director of Finance & Administration to oversee our financial management and core administrative functions. In this executive role, you will report directly to the Executive Director, manage the Finance & Administration department, and ensure strict compliance with state and federal regulations. You will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing expert consultation to improve programs, optimize budgets, and strengthen organizational internal controls.

- Comprehensive Financial Expertise: Proven experience managing full-cycle financial operations, including complex budgeting, cash management, accounting, auditing, reimbursement tracking, and procurement.
- Leadership & Strategic Supervision: Demonstrated success providing direct oversight and supervision to departmental staff, fostering a collaborative environment across leadership teams and regional/statewide finance networks.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Deep understanding of state and federal financial policies to guarantee full compliance, establish robust internal controls, and protect confidential organizational data.
Key Responsibilities
- Departmental Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Finance & Administration department, including management information systems and facilities management.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Executive Director to develop, fund, and enhance organizational programs and services.

- Financial Integrity: Oversee financial reporting, internal audits, and regulatory filings to protect organizational health and data confidentiality.
Qualifications & Credentials
- Certification: Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is strictly required.
- Experience: Upwardly mobile leadership experience in corporate, public, or non-profit accounting and administration.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
