Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Position Overview

Abacus Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a dedicated account in Hialeah Gardens, FL. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, picking, packing, cycle counting, returns processing, and customer support within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Receive, inspect, and process customer returns
• Maintain detailed and accurate returns logs
• Conduct routine quality checks on inventory
• Manage inventory disposal per customer instructions
• Update inventory reports and provide weekly updates
• Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies
• Locate misplaced or unidentified inventory
• Assist pickers with alternative inventory locations when needed
• Take photos, measurements, and inspections per customer request
• Respond to customer email requests related to inventory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Prior inventory experience required
• Order Picker experience required
• Basic computer skills and math skills
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
