Week One

• Night Shift: Monday, Saturday, Sunday | 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM

Week Two

• Night Shift: Tuesday – Friday | 8:45 PM – 7:00 AM

This rotation repeats every two weeks. Additional overtime may be required based on production needs.

Pay Rate

• Night Shift: $19.25/hour

Position Overview & Expectations

The Finishing Operator is an entry-level manufacturing position supporting our glove production and finishing operations.

A few important things to communicate to potential candidates:

• Physical Requirements: Employees must be comfortable standing and working on their feet for extended periods, up to 12 hours per shift.
• Experience: Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We're happy to train individuals who demonstrate a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
• Work Environment: This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment where employees are expected to follow safety procedures, quality standards, and production expectations.
• Attendance & Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality are extremely important, particularly given our rotating production schedule. During the first eight weeks of an employee's assignment, accumulating two attendance points may result in termination of the assignment, consistent with our attendance policy.
