Job Description: General Warehouse 

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Pick/Pack Associates to join our team. This role is responsible for picking, packing, and preparing apparel orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick apparel items based on customer orders
• Pack orders securely while ensuring quality standards are met
• Label and prepare packages for shipment
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

Job Summary: Forklift Operator 
As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating specialized machinery including order pickers, turrets, and reach trucks. Your role will involve navigating through our warehouse to retrieve and organize apparel items, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. You will collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment while upholding company standards for quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate order pickers, turrets, and reach trucks to fulfill customer orders.
• Retrieve, transport, and organize apparel products throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately pick and stage products according to order requirements.
• Work closely with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and accurate inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating order pickers, turrets, and reach trucks is required.
• Prior warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Equipment operation certifications are a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move items as required.
