Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency across various operating systems and consumer electronics, including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. This role involves diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting field service operations. The Technician will play a vital role in maintaining equipment functionality, troubleshooting complex problems, and delivering technical support to clients and end-users. Responsibilities

• Perform hardware diagnostics and repairs on desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, smartphones, printers, copiers, and other consumer electronics
• Conduct software troubleshooting across various operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows
• Utilize hand tools and electrical soldering techniques for hardware maintenance and equipment repair
• Support mobile device repairs such as smartphone troubleshooting and mobile phone repair services
• Diagnose issues related to computer hardware and peripherals; perform component replacements as needed
• Provide technical troubleshooting support for operating system issues and software malfunctions
• Assist customers with technical support inquiries both in-person and remotely
• Conduct field service visits for equipment repair and maintenance at client locations
• Use analysis skills to identify root causes of technical problems efficiently
• Maintain detailed documentation of repairs, diagnostics, and customer interactions
• Support retail sales by advising customers on consumer electronics products when necessary

Qualifications

• Proven experience with computer hardware diagnostics, desktop computer repair, and consumer electronics repair
• Strong knowledge of operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, Windows; familiarity with software troubleshooting techniques
• Skilled in using hand tools and electrical soldering for hardware repairs; experience with soldering is preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
• Familiarity with printer and copier repair as well as general equipment maintenance
• Strong analysis skills for diagnosing complex technical issues quickly and accurately
• Technical proficiency in field service operations; capable of working independently in diverse environments
• Ability to lift moderate loads during repairs or equipment handling; comfortable working with small electronic components
• Prior experience in retail sales or technical support roles is a plus
