Onsite Representative- 3rd shift and 1st shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Onsite Representative (to work in Port Deposit MD. Mon.-Wed. 6pm-6am OR in Dundalk MD. Mon-Fri 5:30am-2:30pm) to serve as the primary liaison between our staffing firm, client, and contingent workforce. This role is responsible for managing daily staffing operations, supporting employees, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client management and temporary employees.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and workforce scheduling.
• Partner with recruiters to fill open positions and maintain staffing levels.
• Address employee relations issues and provide ongoing support to associates.
• Monitor safety, compliance, and workplace policies.
• Verify timekeeping and assist with payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular staffing reports.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in staffing, customer service, human resources, or operations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
