Procurement and Facilities Manager
Join our team to lead our physical workplace operations and drive high-impact strategic sourcing initiatives. We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Procurement and Facilities Manager to oversee our organization's workplaces, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and optimize our vendor pipelines.
In this dual-focus role, you will guarantee that all facilities are safe, efficient, and compliant while spearheading government-aligned strategic sourcing. You will directly supervise our maintenance team, manage program budgets, and ensure all purchasing and facility actions strictly adhere to federal, state, local, and agency regulations.

- Government Procurement & Compliance: Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations to guarantee building safety, strict code compliance, and lawful public procurement protocols across all agency locations.
- Strategic Sourcing & Contract Management: Proven experience in end-to-end purchasing, managing public/private vendor relations, negotiating complex contracts, and optimizing supplier performance.
- Team Leadership & Budgeting: Demonstrated success supervising maintenance staff, coordinating facility operations, and controlling program budgets for maximum operational efficiency.
