Hose Assembler & Tester

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM or 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Pay: $21.00/hour

Join a growing manufacturing team assembling and testing fire hose products that support emergency response and public safety.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fire hoses using hand and power tools
• Attach couplings and components to specifications
• Conduct pressure testing and quality inspections
• Identify and report defects
• Maintain production and testing records
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks
• Move materials throughout the production area
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Qualifications

• Assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, or mechanical equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to read work instructions in English
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work overtime when needed

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Stand for extended periods
• Bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift
