THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure products and processes meet company quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to identify and report quality issues.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, or other quality issues.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality control standards.
• Communicate quality issues to supervisors and production teams.
• Verify measurements, labels, lot numbers, and product specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, with potential overtime. 7:00 am- 3:30 PM.
