Location: Wayne, NJ
Pay Rate: $17.28 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Sorters, Pickers, and Packers to join our warehouse team in Wayne, NJ. Associates will be responsible for accurately selecting, sorting, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using handheld RF scanners.
• Sort products and materials according to designated locations and shipment requirements.
• Pack orders securely and efficiently to ensure safe delivery.
• Verify item quantities and product information for accuracy.
• Label completed packages and prepare shipments for distribution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse technology.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.

Additional Information

• Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Competitive pay: $17.28/hour
