Available Shifts & Pay Rates

1st Shift

• Monday-Friday
• 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• $19.25/hour
• Overtime available

Mid Shift

• Monday-Friday
• 10:00 AM - 6:45 PM
• $19.25/hour
• Overtime available

2nd Shift

• Monday-Friday
• 2:00 PM - 10:45 PM
• $20.25/hour
• Overtime available

Weekend/Night Shift

• Monday-Thursday
• 3:00 PM - 1:45 AM
• $20.25/hour
• Overtime available

Job Summary

As a Reach Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in safely moving, stacking, and tracking products throughout the warehouse. You will operate powered industrial equipment, support shipping and receiving operations, and help maintain inventory accuracy while adhering to company safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Safely unload, move, and store inbound products
• Operate reach forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately
• Complete required paperwork and WMS entries

Quality & Inventory

• Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for damage
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities
• Ensure proper product rotation and storage procedures

Safety & Facility Maintenance

• Conduct daily equipment inspections
• Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with minor facility and equipment maintenance as needed

Additional Duties

• Change forklift fuel tanks
• Label, sort, wrap, and re-pack products
• Assist with pallet repairs and dock operations
• Work overtime as required

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
• Experience operating a Reach Forklift
• Basic computer and RF scanner skills
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures
• Ability to lift 21-50 lbs consistently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred

• 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience
• 1-2 years of Reach Forklift experience
