We are currently seeking experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operators for a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment in the Edwardsville, IL area.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trailers while ensuring product accuracy and damage prevention.
• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and inventory to designated locations.
• Stage materials for production, shipping, and receiving operations.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Utilize RF scanners, inventory systems, and shipping documentation as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous sit-down forklift experience required.
• Ability to safely load and unload trailers.
• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working overtime as needed.
