Abacus Staffing Services is hiring reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates, Pickers & Packers!

We are currently hiring reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates, Pickers, and Packers to join our team in Piscataway, NJ. Candidates will be responsible for general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, organizing products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

PAY & SCHEDULE

?? Pay: $17.23/hour
?? Pay Increase: +$2/hour after 31 days worked
?? WEEKEND INCENTIVE: Additional $2/hour effective November 8, 2026. To qualify, associates must work both Saturday and Sunday during the same weekend.
?? Shift: 1st Shift
? Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
?? Schedule: 5 days worked / 2 days off
Schedules may include Saturday and/or Sunday.

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic computer skills

• RF Scanner experience

• General warehouse experience/knowledge

• Basic math skills

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Reliable, responsible, and hardworking

• Flexible and available to work overtime when needed

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

• Carefully handle and package fragile merchandise

• Tag and label merchandise and place items in the appropriate inventory location

• Palletize, box, wrap, and pack merchandise according to procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Maintain the shipping supply area

• Record and manage damaged merchandise

• Operate computers, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment
